SwiftUI iOS Developer, Fresh Talent
You've mastered the basics, built some cool personal projects, and are ready to launch your professional career. We're looking for the kind of curious mind that has already built a couple of side-project apps just for fun, and now wants to put that energy behind apps real people will use.
What you'll do
- Build features in SwiftUI for production iOS apps, under the wing of a senior engineer
- Pair on architecture decisions and learn how we think about state, navigation, and data flow
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) responsibly to speed up your learning curve
- Take a feature from Figma to App Store, write tests, fix bugs, polish edge cases
- Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and design critiques
What we're looking for
- Solid grasp of Swift & SwiftUI fundamentals (views, modifiers, state, bindings)
- A portfolio, even side projects on GitHub or TestFlight count, especially if you can explain choices
- Comfort with Xcode, Git, and reading Apple's developer docs
- Curiosity about Combine, async/await, and modern iOS patterns
- Real enthusiasm for using AI tools to write & learn code faster
- Hunger to learn, ask questions, and ship

SwiftUI iOS Developer, Experienced Builder
You've moved past the "learning phase," shipped real-world features, and have a solid track record of solving production-level puzzles. You know what a memory leak feels like in Instruments, how to debate MVVM vs TCA without religion, and why some animations just feel right. We want you owning entire features, and helping us raise the bar on quality.
What you'll do
- Own iOS features end-to-end, architecture, implementation, testing, release
- Lead technical decisions: state management, navigation patterns, modularisation
- Mentor the junior engineer and review pull requests with care
- Push the team forward on AI-assisted workflows, show others how to ship 2× faster without dropping quality
- Optimise for performance: cold-start time, scroll smoothness, memory, battery
- Set up CI/CD, TestFlight pipelines, and crash monitoring
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of production iOS experience with at least one App Store release you led
- Deep SwiftUI fluency + comfort with UIKit interop when it's needed
- Strong opinions (loosely held) on architecture, MVVM, TCA, or Composable patterns
- Experience with Combine, async/await, structured concurrency
- Comfort with Instruments, performance profiling, and debugging real production crashes
- You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT), and can explain when they help vs when they hurt
- Bonus: experience with App Clips, widgets, Apple Watch, or CoreData/SwiftData

UI/UX Designer
You design like you ship, fast iteration, sharp visual taste, and a real obsession with how users actually move through a screen. From research to wireframes to high-fidelity Figma, you've owned the design process. And you're already using AI design tools to explore more variations in less time. We want a designer who treats every pixel like a decision.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product design across iOS apps, web apps, and marketing sites
- Run small research sprints, build user flows, wireframe, and ship hi-fi Figma designs
- Maintain and grow our design system, tokens, components, dark mode, accessibility
- Use AI tools (V0, Galileo, Midjourney, Figma AI, Magic Studio) to explore 5 directions in the time it used to take to do 1
- Pair daily with engineers, write dev specs, review builds, and care about the final pixels
- Help us define and defend brand & design quality across the company
What we're looking for
- 1.5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows real shipped work
- Mastery of Figma, components, variants, variables, auto-layout
- Strong understanding of iOS HIG and modern responsive web patterns
- Comfort with user research, journey mapping, and turning interviews into decisions
- Hands-on experience using AI design tools, and an opinion on where they shine
- Visual taste: typography, colour, spacing, motion, the details matter
- Bonus: motion design (Lottie, Rive), illustration, or basic HTML/CSS chops
