The purpose behind this
The client’s goal was to create a secure and user-friendly platform for tenants to manage their housing information with ease.
The system needed to provide instant access to lease agreements, property details, and support resources while improving transparency and communication between tenants and JOSHCO. By digitizing tenancy management, the aim was to reduce paperwork, prevent fraud, and enhance the overall tenant experience.
